Dude, this game would’ve been perfect for the GameCube but due to its cancellation, I’ll never fight Dedede in the HR-D3 because it looks better than Metal General’s version in Return to Dreamland.
That IS the Halberd.
Further evidence comes from the filename for the Another Dimension music: st_halberd. st_ tracks are music recycled from the Gamecube game.
Something about the way the stages are built in 2.5D really makes me want to see this game become a reality. Some of the shots (like the one with the wheelie bike heading for the dark castle and the newly discovered one with the ship) make the game feel so alive even though it’s in 2D. And way enemies bounce around after being KO’d makes the game look so satisfying to play…
I’m hyped for when we get 12.8 more seconds of Super Mario 128 footage
I watched the E3 trailer on IGN on repeat more times than I can count.
This is so awesome 👏
If Metroid Dread could be revived then I still have hope that this one could be revived too
I remember seen screenshot of that game in one of the Nintendo Power issues,.
It’s great to see new info of this game resurface here and now but man it just keeps bumming me out that this game never saw the light of day. It looks so interesting.
I hope someday we find a prototype of the game
this seems very right back at ya inspired
Ah, the OG Return to Dreamland
0:23 Whoops wrong script!🎬🎬
Lmao
I love that Encanto Joke
Totally the same here! The songs in that movie are so awesome haha
0:23 Encanto?
We don't talk about….wait we DO talk about Kirby!
Well I guess I can play Kirby star allies again
i guess it was too ambitious back in that time or nintendo and hal laboratory never thought up much of it.
I hope someone finds high quality footage of the Paper Mario Sticker Star beta from 2010 before everything went downhill.
The most played feature still gone on eshop, so short a life
