1. I'm getting really upset I have the game but I have no way to get the horizons pack and the only way I found a way to get the Horizon pack is possibly buy re-buying the game, the reason for me saying this is because there is no possible way to find the horizons pack in the store itself and for people who have already purchased the game they have absolutely no way of getting it if they have purchased game previous into the horizons pack being available
