Brutal Doom V21 GOLD is the final release (maybe not for so long :P), of the Brutal Doom series of mods that is over 10 years old for now. In this version of Brutal Doom we have lots of weapons to use, some edited sprites and so. The basic pistol has got the alternate fire mode – you can shoot it with 3 round bursts but remember that the accuracy is decreased then. At one point during the gameplay you will notice that I’ve picked up a flamethrower. Flamethrower uses fuel as its ammo, it is a very dangerous weapon for the player to use. When used in crowded areas, it will cause a lot of collateral damage to the player, burning protagonist in a result. You might want to use the plasma weaponry together with a Railgun in this release. The Plasma Rifle as always is a great weapon of choice against the smaller foes, because it needs sometimes only one shot to fry them instantly. It also has no problems with taking out the bigger prey like slow Mancubi. The Railgun has got a projectile VFX change and it also looks that its splash damage is quite powerful. With proper aiming at Cyberdemon’s head, you can take the Cyberdemon with 9 shots or less. Sometimes it deals full 600 damage but in rare circumstances it deals way more. Same happens to the Baron of Hell that dies to the Railgun way faster.
As for the Doom:ONE I think that most of you know this WAD. Unfortunately it is discontinued since 2013 and the visual or trigger glitches might appear because of this. As you can see, at the end the teloporter to the Phobos Anomaly might not work, so I had to use the noclip cheat code there :/. Also, never figured out how to find the secret in E1M7 and how to unlock that blue doors in E1M4 :P.
